Delivery
We have a few options for our customers
Collection:*
We are located in Nottingham and customers can collect from our business providing they click this option at checkout, and submit their order and docs before 2PM. We will send a message/text once order ready.
Free Delivery (3-5 days):*
We use Royal Mail to ship our orders. We process and ship same day providing the order and docs is received by 1:30PM that day.
Next Day (Traked 24 service)
Spend £80+ and order made before 1:30pm will be processed and shipped that day (providing we have the docs by then). Excl Bank Holidays, Weekends and remote parts of UK. This option will become available at checkout and customers must choose this. Failing to choose the next day option will result in the order being sent via the free delivery route
Please note orders and/or docs received after 1:30pm Friday will not be collected and processed until Monday by RM so delivery times will start from that point.
* During Busy periods where we have discounts active such as Christmas, Bank holiday, Black Friday etc there maybe a delay in processing orders.
