Whats the difference? Our Letters
3D gel characters are made using a doming process, where a clear gel is applied over black vinyl which has been vinyl cut to the shape of the number plate letter.
This is 100% road legal and safe/secure to use on public and private roads
The 3mm thickness of the acrylic letters adds a subtle depth, adding a glossy, shiny laser cut effect to the letter.

The 5D Gel (often called 4D Gel) consistst of the 4D 3MM letter with the 3D gloss letter placed and fused ontop creating a 4mm letter with a domed, shiny gel topping.
