Refunds & Returns

Refunds:
Refunds will only be honoured back to the purchaser if the plates have not been created. Mr Plates will initiate the order creation process once the documents have been received and/or show plates have been ordered. Number plates are custom-made products, and no refunds will be accepted after they have been created. Refunds will not be provided for lost orders via postal mail. Instead, a replacement order will be dispatched.

Returns/Replacements:
Mr Plates will replace items if they are lost or damaged during transit, or if there is a quality issue with the order. Mr Plates may request the items to be returned as necessary.

It is solely the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that their number plates are properly fitted to their vehicle. Mr Plates will not be held responsible for incorrect fitting resulting in the plates falling off or being stolen. Chargeable replacements will be issued in such cases. Other than Printed text, letters should not be drilled through. This may cause damage to the letter and will not be covered under our refund/replacement policy.
