This is the current UK law. Every number plate supplier must be provided the correct legal documentation to make road legal number plates. This is not a scam and we will NOT use any of your information other than to satitsify the DVLA requirements during audits.

Dont worry. Your order is in safe hands and on-hold. Once you have the correct documentation, re-visit this page to upload them. Your number plates cannot be legally made with-out this information.

This could be for several reasons...
Did you upload the correct doc but not the full page or edited it? if so, upload again but the whole front cover and no edits
Does your documents not match your order? the order reg needs to match your docs reg. If you are changing the reg on a car, we dont not need your "old" logbook, we need the new one or the certificate for your new registration 
Did you send a photo of your car or VIN number? We cannot accept this
Did you upload a screenshot of a purchase? We cannot accept this
